Since yesterday I've had this kitten taking up residence on the little platform balcony on my flat. She's so small that I'm nearly certain that she isn't really old enough to be away from her mother, but I've yet to actually see her mother nearby.
When I got home from practice this afternoon, I could hear her mewing and I couldn't not let her in any longer. I'm keeping an eye out for the mother, but for now she's sleeping rather soundly and I've grown attached.

She's so tiny. It's sort of baffling to just look at her.

What age were you when you lost your virginity? I'm not asking for any details if you'd prefer not to give them, but just whatever age you happened to have been.
Myself? I was nineteen-years-old.

All of my things are officially moved into my new flat and you know... I think that I'll just leave everything in boxes. There's nothing wrong with that, right?

Well! I have lived with my family for nineteen years and I have decided that that is long enough for me seeing as I'm all financially sound and all of that - and I have found my new home. It's this really adorable studio flat in London that is perfect in just about every way. I broke the news to my mother after dinner and I thought that she was going to cry. She didn't, thank Merlin, because I didn't want to deal with being embarrassed and feeling guilty.
Anyway, I signed the agreement today and I can officially move in 19 October! It was an odd date, but she seemed desperate for a tenant and I couldn't bring myself to say no. Of course, that means I have less than a week to pack my things which will be a feat of itself. I never realized how much junk I had until I started to try and figure out how to fit it all into a handful of boxes.
Oh, and this is way behind the times, but - Madog. I'm invited to the wedding, right?

I'm sorry, but can someone please explain to me one thing.
How would stripping them of the opportunity for employment help...anything? Nevermind that they're werewolves or anything that goes along with it. Why would the government decide that anyone isn't worthy of being employed? Shouldn't that be up to the employer?
Usually I feel that the Ministry makes the right decisions on most things, but if the Wizengamot passes this...I just won't understand.
